By using this website, the user (Customer) acknowledges being familiar with the General Terms and Conditions and the Purchase Terms and agrees with them. By ordering products, the User fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions and the Purchase Terms. The owner of the website www.marishka.hr is Handmade by Mari, a jewelry crafting business owned by Marinela Princip, located in Croatia.
A purchase agreement is concluded upon ordering. The Customer must be of legal age and legally competent. The agreement on behalf of a minor or fully incapacitated person may be concluded by a legal representative or guardian, while partially legally competent persons may do so with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller is not responsible for actions contrary to these provisions.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. Proper completion of the registration form is mandatory, and failure to comply with this requirement gives the Seller the right to deny access to the services of www.marishka.hr.
The User accepts that there may occasionally be interruptions or unavailability of services beyond the control of Handmade by Mari, and agrees that the Seller is not responsible for data loss during information transmission over the internet. Additionally, the User accepts the possibility of access interruption to the website.
Handmade by Mari reserves the right to modify the terms of service, service range, prices, or content of the website www.marishka.hr without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
Use of www.marishka.hr is solely at the User's own risk. The Seller disclaims responsibility for damages caused by unlawful actions of third parties, computer viruses, communication interruptions, unauthorized access, or similar situations. The Seller is not liable for conditions that prevent website use.
The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by the publication of content that violates the terms, nor for damages caused by website use, including misuse of user accounts. The Seller assumes no responsibility for damages to other users or third parties due to copyright infringement, temporary unavailability of the website, or changes in content or design. Online store - conclusion and termination of sales contracts
The purpose of this contract is to acquire selected services through the online store "www.marishka.hr", with appropriate compensation - service prices. The contract is concluded via remote communication (distance contract) via online ordering on the specified online store.
The Customer has the option to receive notifications from the seller about new services, promotional offers, and similar (newsletter). After successful registration with correctly filled out data, the Customer will receive a registration confirmation to the email address.
All available products are displayed on the website www.marishka.hr. The Customer selects the desired product by clicking on the "Add to Cart" link. If the Customer wishes to proceed with the purchase, they choose the "Proceed to Checkout" link, where they enter the necessary details: name, surname, address, email address, and other details.
The Customer can adjust the account details depending on whether they are intended for a natural person or a legal entity. After completing the purchase process, the Customer receives an email notification that the order has been received, providing information on the order number and payment. Upon visible payment, the Seller ships the product to the Customer via postal service.
Payment methods
Payment on the website www.marishka.hr is made in euros. Prices are retail prices, expressed in euros, and include applicable VAT. The process of entering prices on the website is a highly controlled process, but entering prices involves a human factor and may lead to errors.
The Seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice. Also, the Seller is authorized to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for individual services, service groups, and/or all services without prior notice.
Ordered services can be paid exclusively by bank transfer / general payment slip.

If you have chosen payment by bank transfer or general payment slip, a confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address.

Upon receipt of payment, the product will be shipped within 24 hours or the first working day.
Registration
To purchase services on our web shop, registration is required. You need to enter a valid email address and personal information (name, surname, address, postal code, city, phone number), along with choosing a password for accessing the user account. The password can contain any combination of characters, and the longer it is, the more resistant it is to potential hacking attempts.
After entering the required information and completing the purchase, registration is automatically concluded, and the customer receives notification of the assigned username to their email address.
If you forget your password, simply click on the "My Account" link on the page and select the "Forgot Password?" option.
Overall, after creating an account, every further purchase requires only logging in with the username and password.

The Seller collects personal data of Customers only to the extent necessary to fulfill its obligations and may use this data to inform about new and promotional products, send promotional materials, newsletters, improve customer relations, and verify other information necessary for online shopping.

Each Customer has the right to request supplementation, correction, or modification of incorrect personal data.

Any dispute arising out of these General Terms and Conditions and Purchase Terms shall be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Zagreb.
